Whoever travels to Iceland is, in a way, also travelling back in time, back to the origins of the Earth's history, even though, or perhaps precisely because, geologically speaking, the islands was created so recently, and is one of the youngest countries on the globe.

In this tour we drive to famous vulcano Eyjafjallajokull. We will drive up to Gígjokull (Falljökull) outlet glacier on the northern margin of Eyjafjallajökull and see where a small glacial lagoon was washed away in volcanic eruption April 2010, then return to the beautiful south shore of Iceland. We will visit the impressive waterfall of Seljalandsfoss and walk behind the waterfall. Next we visit Skogarfoss waterfall and relax.

It is option to take hiking tour to the mountain or visit Þórsmörk and Stakkholtsgjá.
